Preventative Maintenance ContractThis contract includes the following features:
One annual preventative maintenance service and calibration.
Covers hardware and software of the instruments.
Carried out with certified test equipment.
Certification and electronic service report provided on completion of work.
Full telephone/email support.
Callouts included (number of callouts depends on number of contract instruments).
Plan B
Preventative Maintenance for a Long Service LifeThis contract includes the following features:
One annual preventative maintenance service and calibration.
Covers hardware and software of the instruments.
Carried out with certified test equipment.
Certification and electronic service report provided on completion of work.
Full telephone/email support.
